| Turner to construct new terminal at JFK Airport in Jamaica Turner Construction Company's New York office has been awarded a contract by JetBlue Airways to provide construction services for a new 640, 000-sq.-ft. terminal at John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK) in Jamaica, N.Y. The new 26-gate addition will incorporate the landmark TWA terminal and become JetBlue Terminal 5, which will accommodate more than double the airline's current capacity. The scope of work includes a connecting bridge to the AirTrain station and a parking garage. The project will be executed in a manner so there will be no major impact to JetBlue operations or customers.
