| Compound angle gundrilling system  Nagel Precision presented the new Gundrilling/Milling-Center Varioflex MD 30. Specifically designed for the tool and mold industry, the Drilling/Milling-Center has large working range and high machine rigidity in all working directions. Reason is a rocking lever system, which TBT has developed before. The machine is the gundrilling machine that allows drilling of compound-angles in only one fixation. With this concept, mold makers can significantly reduce their set-up time and operational cost. The machine combines both gundrilling and deep hole drilling with conventional machining.With its capacity to drill diameters over 2" the machine is ideal for machining even the largest molds.
