| Hochtief wins new PPP contract in UK educational sector Hochtief PPP Solutions (UK) Ltd. completed a deal with North Ayrshire Council to finance and build four schools in Scotland under a public-private partnership (PPP) contract. The company will also subsequently operate the schools for a period of 30 years. For this project, Hochtief set up a project company named PPP Services (North Ayrshire) Ltd., in which it holds a 50-percent share. The contract volume over the entire project period is appr. EUR 550 million (GBP 382 million).
