| Mott MacDonald and RCS win Highways Agency contract Mott MacDonald, one of the UK’s leading transport consultants and RCS, the term maintenance business of Balfour Beatty plc have won a further one-year, £90 million extension to their Highways Agency management and maintenance contract for motorways and trunk roads across the Area 3 network in central southern England.
