| Jacobs receives design-build contract from Florida's Turnpike Enterprise Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced that a subsidiary company, in conjunction with Community Asphalt Inc., has received a contract from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Turnpike Enterprise for a design-build project to widen the Sawgrass Expressway from Atlantic Boulevard to Coral Ridge Drive in Broward County, Fla. Officials estimate the contract value at $57 million, with completion targeted for late 2007.
