| Bilfinger Berger takes over facility services provider Serimo Bilfinger Berger has acquired an 80 percent stake in Serimo Holding AG in Basel. The remaining 20 percent stay in the hands of the company’s management. Both parties have agreed to keep the purchase price confidential. Serimo is the largest independent commercial facility services company in Switzerland and provides demanding commercial services including portfolio and asset management.
