| O2 Interactive released new version of OnSite CRM O2 Interactive released the version 3.0 of OnSite CRM. OnSite CRM provides a full life cycle of customer management for residential homebuilders and design centers. Version 3.0 now includes a wireless BlackBerry interface, interactive flooring and electrical editors, geographic prospect analysis, and external portals provides access to time critical information. OnSite CRM for BlackBerry provided many features found in OnSite CRM in your handheld, wireless device. Now it is possible to access real-time information when sales, service and design center personnel are not near a desktop computer. OnSite CRM for BlackBerry allows people in the field to access customer information; lot inventories, and manages punch lists during quality control inspections. The wireless punch lists also allow the field manager to submit service requests directly to OnSite CRM for immediate action. Future releases will incorporate a broader range of functionality from OnSite CRM. OnSite CRM’s interactive, graphical flooring editor allows the designer to incorporate flooring zones directly into the builder’s floor plans. The flooring zones can be re-shaped to any configuration to calculate accurate floor areas to be used for real-time pricing for the buyer. OnSite CRM’s flooring editor eliminates the guesswork to estimate floor area and scrap for carpet, tile, and laminates. Graphical and colorful reports provide easy to use guides during installation, eliminating miscommunications between the designer, buyer, and installer. Similarly, the same graphical editor provides an easy way to layout standard and buyer added electrical items like ceiling light fixtures and plugs. write your comments about the article :: © 2006 Construction News :: home page |
