| Morgan Sindall announces record results Construction group Morgan Sindall, which operates through four specialist divisions of fit out, construction, infrastructure services and affordable housing, has announced record results for the year ended 31 December 2005. The company reported profit before tax up 23 per cent to £41.70 million (2004: £33.77 million) on revenue of £1.30 billion, which rose by six per cent from £1.22 billion in 2004. Earnings per share grew by 23 per cent to 70.74p, with the total dividend increased by 35 per cent to 25p.
