| Space Pak introduces Electri Pak  SpacePak has introduced an innovative new product called ElectriPak, an electric heat module that can be added to the standard SpacePak air distribution system. The ElectriPak system can be used in both new and existing SpacePak installations, and delivers 10, 15, or 20 KW electric heat depending on unit size. The ElectriPak unit fits directly inside SpacePak's horizontal fan coil units and comes equipped with an internal modulation feature that automatically regulates heat discharge temperatures. The energy-saving design adjusts output regardless of load condition and thereby eliminates the need for external regulating devices such as a multi-stage and/or outdoor thermostat.In addition, the system does not require any ductwork configuring or assembly, can be used in conjunction with heat pumps, and is built with fail-safe circuitry to satisfy UL safety requirements. Other features include solid state power controllers and modulating heat output. The modulating feature uses only the electricity needed to provide a constant discharge temperature.
