| Jacobs awarded a contract from Nerefco Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. announced that a subsidiary company has been awarded a contract from Netherlands Refining Company (Nerefco) to provide engineering, procurement, and field services for the reconfiguration of facilities at the Europoort Refinery in Rotterdam. Nerefco is a joint venture between BP (69%) and Chevron (31%). Jacobs has been providing ongoing technical support (engineering, procurement, and construction management) to Nerefco. The new work will be executed from the Jacobs offices in Leiden, The Netherlands, and Mumbai, India. The Europoort refinery is one of the largest refineries in Europe, with an annual capacity of 18 million tons of crude oil.
