| First public agency sustainability report to achieve Global Reporting Initiative compliance ERM, the world's largest all-environmental consultancy, has helped to produce the world's first public agency sustainability report which is in full compliance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 2002 Guidelines. The Report produced was commissioned by the Architectural Services Department (ArchSD) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, People's Republic of China. In addition to being the world's first public agency report to be in full compliance with the GRI 2002 Guidelines, the ArchSD Report is also the first Hong Kong report to achieve this status. The ArchSD Sustainability Report 2005 has been recognised as meeting level three, the highest level of compliance possible.
