| Ferrovial mulls offer for 100% of the world's largest airport operator Spanish construction group Ferrovial has announced that it is considering launching a bid for 100% of BAA plc's (BAA) issued capital, although there is no certainty at present that the bid will finally be made. BAA operates seven airports in the UK and has airport holdings in Australia, the US and Chile.
