| Amey buys Owen Williams Amey, Ferrovial's UK subsidiary specialised in infrastructure upkeep and facility management, announced the acquisition of professional services firm Owen Williams. Backed by nearly 80 years of heritage, Owen Williams is a leading professional support services provider to a wide range of public sector bodies. Its track record includes some of the UK's landmark projects, such as Wembley Stadium, the Daily Express Buildings in London, Manchester and Glasgow, the M1 motorway (including strengthening of the Tinsley Viaduct) and Gravelley Hill Interchange.
