| URS Names Scot Bini Manager of Education Business Line URS Corporation has named Scot Bini Manager of the company’s education business line. In his new position, Mr. Bini will direct the company’s national education business, which encompasses design and construction services for K-12 schools, community colleges and higher education facilities. A URS Vice President, Mr. Bini has more than 15 years of experience in the design and construction industry.
