| KB Home's division has been certificated for customer satisfaction The NAHB Research Center announced the National Housing Quality Certification of KB Home Inland Valley. Headquartered in Pomona, Calif., the local division of home builder KB Home, earned the designation for their quality assurance systems. Formally launched at the 2005 International Builders' Show, the NHQ Certified Builder program provides a rigorous and complete review of a builder's business practices, and ensures that all elements of the company's quality assurance system are incorporated to provide greater customer satisfaction. KB Home has been a pioneer in quality assurance in the home building industry.
