RIBA launches new guides to promote excellence in the profession

The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) launched the Good Practice Guide series at 66 Portland Place. This series has been developed to provide architects and other construction professionals with practical advice and guidance on topics that affect them and the management of their businesses.

The first three books in the series are:

Employment

Keeping Out of Trouble

Negotiating the Planning Maze

Jack Pringle, President of the RIBA, said:
“We are launching the new series of RIBA Good Practice Guides with the first three titles, but there are more on the way. The ambition is to cover all the key issues of architectural practice and develop a full set of reference books for practitioners and students that are relevant, useful and easy to digest."
