Renewal of Parsons Brinckerhoff senior staff

Kenneth Podsiadlo has been named a senior environmental engineer and Mark Tytka a senior supervising planner in the Buffalo, New York office of Parsons Brinckerhoff (PB).

Mr. Podsiadlo will lead PB’s due diligence services associated with the acquisition of telecommunications assets around the U.S. He has over 15 years of environmental engineering experience, specializing in site remediation, environmental assessments and permitting, remedial investigations and risk-based corrective actions. He previously led remediation projects as a consultant for the New York City Department of Design and Construction’s underground storage tank program.

Mr. Tytka will lead PB’s planning practice in upstate New York and southern Ontario. He has over 20 years of experience in the management of urban and regional planning projects for government agencies and private entities.
