| Siemens to build turnkey wastewater treatment plants in Romania Acting as the general contractor, the Siemens Industrial Solutions and Services Group (I&S) is to build two turnkey wastewater treatment plants in the Romanian seaport of Constantza. The customer is the state-owned port authority, Maritime Ports Administration S.A. Constantza (MPAC). For a waste-dump leakage treatment plant and a sewage treatment plant, Siemens is to supply and install all the systems, machinery and electrical equipment and will also be responsible for all the construction work.
