| OCI Acquires Cement Bags Manufacturing Company in Egypt Orascom Construction Industries has completed the acquisition of Egypt Sack Company for a total sum of EGP 43 million. Egypt Sack owns and operates a cement bags manufacturing plant in the industrial zone of 6th October City with an annual production capacity of up to 60 million cement bags.
