NCC has been commissioned by LKAB to build a pelletizing plant in Kiruna. The order is worth slightly more than SEK 1, 100 million and is for the largest partnering project to date in the Nordic region.

Construction will commence immediately and the pelletizing plant is scheduled to be in operation by March, 2008.

NCC Construction AS in Norway has also signed a letter of intent with med Fornebu Arena AS regarding the construction of a new football arena. The assignment, which will be conducted in the form of a partnering project, is worth SEK 350 million and the arena is scheduled for completion in time for matches and other events to be held during autumn 2007.

The letter of intent will be replaced by a partnering agreement before work on the project commences in June next year. The work is scheduled for completion in the early autumn 2007.
