Aker Kvaerner to modify the Mongstad refinery in Norway

Statoil has awarded Aker Kvaerner two framework agreements for their Mongstad refinery in Norway. One contracts covers inspection services, the other covers modifications. The agreements will run for three years and will be effective from 1 January 2006.

They also include options for prolongation up to six years. The value of the agreements, including the options for prolongation, is estimated to NOK 420 million.
