| Aecom and Edaw contracted an ideal marriage Aecom, the global design and professional technical services company, has merged with San Francisco-based Edaw, Inc., an urban planning and design, landscape architecture, economics, and cultural and environmental services firm practicing worldwide. The merger combines Edaw’s front-end planning expertise with Aecom’s design and program and construction management capabilities. Edaw will operate as an Aecom company under the Edaw name. Aecom has 22, 000 employees and $2.5 billion in annual revenue, and the company serves clients in the transportation, environmental, and facilities markets worldwide. Edaw has 1, 200 employees, $150 million in annual revenue, and serves a broad range of commercial and government clients.
