| Awards for Skanska projects in Finland The renovation of the Porthania building at Helsinki University, which was carried out by Skanska Talonrakennus Oy, has been named ”Site of the Year 2005” by construction-sector magazine Rakennuslehti. This is the first time in the 20-year history of the award that it has been received by a remodeling project. Another Skanska project has received the “Aiming at World-class Occupational Health and Safety Award” from the Finnish Center for Occupational Safety.
