| Hochtief Europe won large-scale contracts In the fourth quarter of 2005, the Hochtief Construction Services Europe division won several new contracts. At the end of November, the volume of new orders was approximately EUR 2.5 billion, already up more than 13 percent on the prior-year period. The largest new contracts include the conversion of the old Rheinhallen trade fair halls in Cologne into an office and media center as well as two high-rise buildings in Frankfurt am Main and in Poland. In Cologne, Hochtief Construction is converting the old trade fair halls on the Rhine into an office and media center on the basis of a PreFair contract. PreFair also forms the basis for a high-rise project in Frankfurt am Main where Hochtief Construction adds additional floors to an existing building up to a total height of 110 meters. The Tectum Towers project has a volume of EUR 35 million. The contract comprises the conversion and expansion of the old building from the 1970s. In addition, Hochtief Polska acts as general contractor to build the Andersia Tower in the city center of Poznan.
