| HeidelbergCement strengthens its position in Northern Europe HeidelbergCement signed an agreement for the purchase of the two Danish operations Randers Cement and DK Beton. Randers Cement operates a terminal for the import of cement with an annual sales volume of about 200, 000 tonnes. The cement is distributed to customers in the western parts of Denmark.
