| Impregilo Examines Progress On Sale Of Investment In Costa Nera Norte The board of directors of Impregilo S.p.A. reviewed the transaction for the sale of the company’s investment in Costa Nera Norte, the Chilean motorway concession holder. The Directors assessed the state of procedures with Autostrade S.p.A. and Sias S.p.A., who presented the winning bid. The Board also noted that Decree Law no. 245 passed by the Italian Council of Ministers on 18 November 2005, regarding “Extraordinary measures for the management of the waste emergency in the region of Campania”, had been published in the Official Gazette on 30 November 2005. Specifically, the decree provides, as from the fifteenth day of coming into effect, for the termination ope legis of the contracts with Fibe S.p.A. and Fibe Campania S.p.A., the companies engaged to handled the waste disposal service in the region of Campania.
