Meadow Valley Awarded Four New Contracts

Meadow Valley Corporation, based in Phoenix, Arizona, announced that it has been awarded four new heavy construction contracts valued at a total of approximately $18.7 million.

These new awards include the $12.8 million in apparent low bids that had been previously reported in the Company's 10Q for the period ended September 30, 2005.

The new contracts include apron and perimeter security improvements at McCarran International Airport, pedestrian facilities improvements and concrete retaining walls in Las Vegas, lane widening and retaining walls for I-215 Beltway in Las Vegas, and road widening on Cactus Road near I-17 in Phoenix.
