| New Orleans to Gather Citizens' Input on Rebuilding Strategies Mayor Ray Nagin's Bring New Orleans Back Commission will be hosting a town hall meeting in Atlanta for the citizens of New Orleans displaced by damages caused from the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. This open forum meeting is the first in a series of six national town hall meetings that will provide citizen evacuees the opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas on the development of a master plan for rebuilding the City of New Orleans.
