| Otis wins record contract for Munich subway escalators Otis, a unit of United Technologies Corp., was awarded a US $14 million contract to supply and install 51 heavy-duty escalators and to modernize 11 escalators at Munich subway stations. The order came from Stadtwerke Munchen, a quasi-public company responsible for the city's buses and subways, electricity distribution and public swimming pools.
