| In New York City, Entertainment Takes to New Heights Tourists and New Yorkers will find a breathtaking view at Top of the Rock, Rockefeller Center’s newly renovated observation deck and multimedia visitor experience at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, just opened. Bob Weis Design Island Associates, Inc. developed the media and exhibits that convey the dramatic story of how Rockefeller Center became the familiar Manhattan landmark it is today. Rockefeller Center co-owner Tishman Speyer also retained the architectural firm, Gabellini Associates LLP, to design and rejuvenate the observatory, closed to the public since 1986.
