| Chinese Real Estate Climate Index Kept Declining National Bureau of Statistics of China announced that the real estate climate index in September was 101.57, down by 0.29 points as compared with that in August; the year-on-year change was down by 3.46 points. The investment index of real estate development was 101.72, up by 0.03 points as compare with that in August, and a drop of 1.65 points as compared with that in the same month of last year. The capital source index was 101.06, down by 0.24 points over that in August, and a decrease of 3.38 points as compared with that in the same month of the previous year. The land space development index was 95.83, a decrease of 0.42 points as compared with that in August, and 1.82 points lower than the same month of previous year. The construction space index was 103.60, dropped by 0.06 points as that compared with that in August, and 3.24 points lower as compared with that in the same month of last year.
