| New weld curtain provide portability and versatility A & A Manufacturing announces the release of their new weld curtain. Set up and break down in seconds, the curtain can be transported to new working stations easily with its smooth, durable roller wheel. When extended, the curtain attains a maximum height of 72.0", with a width of 74.5". When retracted, it stands only 4" high with a base of 80.5" long for easy storage. Heavy-duty steel construction provides years of use in a manufacturing environment. Suitable for MIG, TIG and stick welding, the weld screen protects against the effects of near UV and UV radiation emitted during arc welding. Aiding in the containment of sawdust or other light debris, the weld curtain can also be used for work cell separation, as a privacy wall, or to block distracting views to increase employee productivity. The shade can be used in work environments with temperatures as low as 10 degrees and features a double-stitched pocket to secure the shade bar.
