| ERICO® Offers an Expansive Line of CADDY® Acoustical Fasteners CADDY® – a well-known name in fixing and fastening – has an expansive line of acoustical fasteners including luminaire supports, box hangers, and electrical component supports. One of the fixture supports, the CADDY® SFCLT reinforcing clamp, prevents the T-bar from twisting and disconnecting at the T-Bar intersections in a seismic event. It also withstands the force of a standard fire hose. Other luminaire supports from CADDY include lay-in and troffer light-fixture support clips, suspension bars, “twist-on” track-light clips, fluorescent light-fixture hangers and independent support clips. Many of the CADDY light-support fasteners require no tools for installation. When approved by the local authority having jurisdiction, CADDY can provide box hangers that easily install onto the T-Grid. For example, the Snap-On Fixture/Box Hanger from CADDY snaps easily onto the T-Bar and has a dual height feature that permits flush-mounting of 1½” deep electrical boxes and offset mounting of ¾” boxes. The T-Grid Box Hanger mounts a box to a T-grid in less than 30 seconds and is height adjustable for various electrical box depths. Electrical Component Supports from CADDY provide a positive method of supporting conduit and outlet boxes above acoustical T-Bars.
