| New 2112E fixed-blade ejector scraper ![]() The 2112E also features the lowest tongue weight ratio on the market, which reduces drawbar weight and lessens the load on the tractor's rear axle, resulting in less wear and tear on the equipment. Like all John Deere scrapers, the 2112E features a box-welded tongue design with a round, high-clearance torque cross-tube for maximum visibility and easier loading and unloading; a built-in rear bumper; a fixed-blade, front-pivot design that provides the best response time for controlling cutting depth; and a single-cylinder, six-roller, jam-free ejection system. Its offset wheel design with large radial tires maintains industry-leading flotation. Tough ¾-inch zinc-coated steel hydraulic lines, fittings, and hoses prevent corrosion and leakage and are protected by shields to allow overflow material to slide off the scraper. High front transport clearance provides easier unloading and transportation. The 2112E can be direct loaded or top loaded if needed. Another new feature of the 2112E is a hydraulic accumulator, which removes hydraulic pressure spikes created while traveling over rough haul roads. Removing these pressure spikes helps reduce the stress to the scraper mainframe, further enhancing durability and reliability. The 2112E can be used in a variety of applications. Like all of our scrapers, when combined with a John Deere scraper tractor, it can make precise cuts or fill on a grade, though it really shines as a bulk hauler. write your comments about the article :: © 2005 Construction News :: home page |
