| Vertical glass-cutting technology Bystronic of Hauppauge, N.Y., introduces the Verticut vertical glass-cutting machine. The new verticut cutting lines are vertically arranged and offer an optimal integration into all vertical insulating glass manufacturing processes. All verticut glass cutting lines are modularly designed and permit a great variety of expansions according to customer-specific requirements. In the basic versions the smart’verticut is equipped with an automatic X-breaking, the first’verticut with an automatic X-, Y-, Z- and trim breaking. In combination with the innovative storage system feeder, an upstream, vertical subplate feeder, the system offers a lot of provable advantages: - Notably reduction of sorting workload - Rapid changeover of glass types without manual handling - No problems with left-over sheets - Reduced production costs at IG manufacturing - Space-saving design concept The entire concept can be extended at any time to a fully automatic glass cutting line – up to a connection to an automatic harp rack sorting system. write your comments about the article :: © 2005 Construction News :: home page |
