Everlast™ concentrates for more environmental value with recycled thermoplastics

Hudson Color Concentrates announces the availability of its EverLast™ line of color concentrates formulated specifically for achieving greater value when processing recycled thermoplastics. The new line has been specifically formulated for use with resins reprocessed from industrial scrap and post-consumer sources. Currently EverLast™ concentrates are available in ten standard colors ranging from popular wood tones to attractive tropical-colored hues, or can be custom matched to meet a processor's specific color requirement.

EverLast™ concentrates are designed for use with recycled thermoplastic resins such as PET, PVC, PP, PS and HDPE. Hudson Color's proprietary compounding and pigment loading process has created a line of concentrates that is particularly attractive to industry processors of all types wanting to increase production of environmentally conscious products with better appeal and more value for a wide range of customers.

Many consumer and industrial products on the market today are typically manufactured with virgin plastics or natural materials like wood. However, many of these applications are faced with increasing economic or environmental pressure and are being appraised for their potential suitability for recycled materials.

EverLast™ concentrates are engineered for use with regrind thermoplastic resins recycled from industrial scrap and post-consumer sources. Suitable for a wide range of consumer, architectural/construction, and industrial applications, typical end uses for EverLast™ concentrates include building materials such as roof shingles, window and door frames; playground structures; outdoor spas and patio furniture; shipping pallets or drainage pipes; and, housewares or hand tools.
