| Extra long end mills, 2 & 4 flute  Micro 100, Inc. is now making available a new series of extra-long-length solid carbide end mills. These are additions to the Micro 100 long-length end mills are designed for increased full depth milling. Micro 100 products are extremely shock resistant. The extra-long-length end mills are ideal for continuous full depth milling in roughing and finishing as well as in slotting applications. The new GEL series, with square end, and the BEL series, with ball end, are manufactured in 2 and 4 flute configurations. Both are center cutting with a 30° helix.These solid carbide end mills are available in diameters from 3/16” to 1” in nine sizes. Shank diameter tolerance is –.0001” to –.0003”. T.I.R. is 0005” for all sizes. Cutter diameter is +.000” to .002” for end mills up to 1/4” and +.000” to .003” for 5/16” to 1” sizes.
