The MK9P offers the lowest weight in the industry for tools in this class. It speeds assembly utilizing pneumatic power to tension and cut-off heavy duty cable ties (50 to 250 pound tensile strengths) with one trigger depression. Offered in both lower air (standard) and upper air attachment versions, the MK9P incorporates the next level of ergonomic improvement with its low weight, comfortable grip and easy trigger depression to reduce effort and strain while installing cable ties.Cable tie waste is ejected to the side, ensuring smooth operation of the tool. The tough, chromium steel components and high impact, glass reinforced nylon housings maximize the durability of the MK9P. It also features an easy dial-in tension adjustment which protects the optimum tension setting, while the easy to read indicator verifies setting. The MK9P operates between 90 PSI and 105 PSI, utilizing dry or lubricated air. HellermannTyton also offers a CO 2 cartridge as an option for a primary air source for the MK9P.
