Hurricane StormBoards and Shutters

Both Hurricane StormBoards and Shutters passed the Large Missile Impact Test and Cyclic Load Test from hurricane test lab and met the requirements of the Florida High Hurricane Zone Building code. Hurricane StormBoards (HSB) and StormShutters (HSS) practically replace plywood used in emergency board up on homes and commercial buildings. HSB/HSS made from recycled plastics and milk jugs, cost much less than aluminum panels. They can be used again for other emergencies and disasters. HSB meet ASTM standards and come in 4 sizes.

HSS (HDPE Corrugated Shutter Sheets), come in flat and curved panels, ship monthly by tractor-trailer load of 40, 000 lbs, or 2000 sheets of 1/4" x 20" by 10 feet, will yield 6, 000 panels of 1/3" x 16" x 3' shutter panels (3 shutters cut from one sheet).
