| Electromagnetic pumps and flow meters Creative Engineers, Inc. has introduced a new series of flow meters for the measurement of liquid metals. These meters function by measuring the electric current generated by flowing a conductive fluid through a magnetic field. The meter functions with any liquid metal up to a temperature of 800°C. Major benefits of the flow meter design are that if can be welded into a pipe system for a completely sealless system, there are no moving parts, there are no flow constrictions, and there are no seals to fail.
