G2 Crowd Launches Their First-Ever Travel Management ‘Winter Grid Report’, Names TravelPerk Market Leader

Friday 25th January 2019: G2 Crowd, a global user review website focused on B2B software, launches the newest of their quarterly category reports on Travel Management Software. The G2 Crowd’s Winter Grid Report uses customer satisfaction comparisons to rank the companies vying to take their share of the market. TravelPerk, has emerged as ‘Market Leader’ in the report, and has been ranked the No.1 solution in the space by its customers.

On the heels of a funding-heavy 2018, with over $1 billion raised in total, the disruption of the business travel space is now well underway. This is the first time an organization like G2 Crowd has included a ‘Travel Management Software’ category in this kind of report, clear evidence of how this market is emerging at speed.

TravelPerk, a travel booking and management platform based out of Barcelona, was named ‘Market Leader’ and received the best customer satisfaction scores for the whole category with 4/5 or 5/5 star ratings from 99% of its customers. The company is known for speaking publicly about its core mission to provide “7-star service” and how it’s built what it claims is the world’s largest travel inventory.

“Our customers have been our partners in this journey from the very beginning, their feedback has been integral in shaping our product roadmap and where we focus our efforts. G2 Crowd has been one of the ways we’ve kept a pulse on their needs. While we’re super excited to have received this awesome accolade, our work continues.” - Javier Suarez, co-founder and CPO

Notable TravelPerk satisfaction ratings from the report:
• 94% ‘ease of use’ score
• 95% ‘ease of doing business with’
• 95% ‘ease of setup’
• 93% ‘would recommend to others’

TravelPerk is Europe’s fastest growing SaaS company and is expanding aggressively having secured $65m in funding last year, and this award is evidence of that growing momentum. In addition to this latest accolade, TravelPerk has opened offices in London and Berlin to better serve customers in the region by providing fast, localized support, with plans for further expansion this year.

Other top performers in the space mentioned include industry veteran Concur, followed closely by Rydoo, owned by Sodexo, and US-based Lola, founded by KAYAK’s Paul English.
