Perforce Adds Enterprise Agile Planning Tool With Latest Acquisition of Hansoft Acquisition Adds Modern Project and Portfolio Management to Existing Portfolio of Developer Productivity and Lifecycle Management Tools Minneapolis, Minn., September 26, 2017-Perforce Software, a global provider of solutions to enterprise teams requiring productivity, visibility and scale during all phases of the technology development lifecycle, today announces its acquisition of Sweden-based Hansoft Technologies, a leading provider of enterprise Agile planning tools.
