De Beers chooses Clarizen to bolster collaboration between project and product teams
Diamond giant replaces disparate array of project tools with unified platform
London, September 6 2017 – Clarizen, the global leader in collaborative work management software, today announced that the world's leading diamond company, De Beers, has chosen its cloud-based platform to improve communication and collaboration between its project management and product development teams – and, in turn, boost efficiency within the group.

De Beers Technologies, the research and development division of the Group, has already begun to deploy Clarizen and has reported it is already seeing positive results. Prior to choosing Clarizen, much of De Beers’ data and documentation was managed though a variety of disparate tools. Bowe notes that this set-up was inefficient: “Teams wasted a lot of time switching between tools and couldn’t make fast, informed decisions about projects.”
Clarizen consolidates and replaces this array of tools with a single work management platform, making it easier for product development and project management teams to track the status of projects – with the result that collaboration improves. It also ensures that communications within and between teams are in context, by automatically connecting related messages, tasks and documents.
