Managed Objects Expands European Presence

Managed Objects, the Business Service Management Company, has expanded its central European presence with the addition of new hires and a new Zurich office to support DACH region countries of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Managed Objects continues to see record sales growth in key European markets, especially the DACH region due to strong demand for the integration capabilities of its BSM platform and vendor agnostic approach to CMDB projects.

Managed Objects' penetration in the DACH region already includes an impressive roster of clients. In Switzerland, Managed Objects counts Credit Suisse and Swiss Post among its customers, while in Germany, TUI Infotec GmbH, Wincor Nixdorf and Deutsche Bank have all tapped Managed Objects for BSM or CMDB implementations. The new Zürich office and additional employees will provide dedicated resources to support, manage and continue to foster its strong customer base.

The fundamental driver to Managed Objects growth in the DACH region can be attributed to its vendor neutral approach and unmatched ability to integrate disparate sources of IT management data onto a single pane of glass. This enables customers to take a service-based approach to monitoring and managing the health, availability and performance of their IT enterprises, which in turn reduces the duration and frequency of IT outages and improves overall service quality.

Much in the way Managed Objects has developed a highly regarded reputation for integration it has also mastered the ability to seize and develop new market opportunities in the global economy. In recent years the company has developed a wealth of experience in opening new markets including China, Singapore, South Africa and France. More recently in the last quarter, it landed its first customer in Russia. With corporate headquarters in McLean, Virginia and EMEA headquarters in London and Asia Pacific sales headquarters in Singapore, Managed Objects now counts more than 300 companies among its worldwide roster of Global 2000 customers.
