E-mail marketing exceeded $7 billion in 2005 according to independent studies prepared by eMarketer, Jupitermedia, META Group/IMT Strategies and Forrester Research. The Company provides the Mail Wiz e-mail software as an ASP – application service provider. Coupled with the Sticky Web software, the ASP platform will lead a new direction in the OPT-IN industry that certifies and guarantees e-mail delivery.

The Sticky Web software, first launched in 2000, allows the user to design, collaborate and host websites in real-time in a browser. The Sticky Web software allows a user to create the website template that will be sent to its target market using the Mail Wiz ASP. Users of Sticky Web are required to OPT-IN to use the service.

The ASP platform includes; 195.000.000 global OPT-IN e-mail addresses, specific target segments, the ability to create lists based on the marketers' needs, schedule e-mail campaigns, create reports, and certify and guarantee through search and match e-mail delivery. The Company believes the Mail Wiz ASP, protected by the 6.631.400 patent, is in position to become a leading service in the $7B OPT-IN industry with its ASP certifying and guaranteeing e-mail delivery.
