| MDS entraNET 900 for p2p networks Microwave Data Systems announced that the MDS entraNET 900 now offers enhanced Distributed Network Protocol (DNP.3) routing over an Internet Protocol (IP) backbone network. The MDS entraNET is a long-range, solar-friendly, secure, wireless IP/Ethernet solution. Now with DNP.3 routing capability, it enables peer-to-peer networking, allowing customers to bring mission-critical information over Ethernet or a serial gateway and onto IP-based networks.
