| Perfect Commerce acquires Commerce One Perfect Commerce, Inc., thelargest provider of On-Demand Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) solutionsand The Open Supplier Network, today announced it hasacquired Commerce One, LLC, a leading e-commerce solutions provider. CommerceOne pioneered e-commerce by bringing suppliers and buyers together over theInternet. With the acquisition, Perfect Commerce secures complete ownership ofCommerce One core technology and intellectual property, an expanded globalpresence and new revenue opportunities. All Commerce One operations will be integrated into Perfect Commerce underthe leadership of Chairman and CEO Sandy Kemper. Commerce One President ChesMartin will join Perfect Commerce in a senior leadership role, initiallyfocusing on merging the operations of the two organizations. Highly respectedfor its quality and efficiency in the delivery of the Commerce One procurementapplication, the Professional Services team of Commerce One, located inGreenville, SC, will join Perfect Commerce in a variety of roles.
