Zinc's Fall Lineup is Here!

Best selling author T.J. English (The Westies, Havana Nocturne) curates a series of the best in contemporary Latin Jazz to celebrate the launch of his latest book The Corporation: An Epic Story of the Cuban American Underworld.

The series continues with a tribute to legendary Cuban percussionist Mongo Santamaria ft. Robby Ameen and the Days in the Night Band ft. Román Díaz.

Acclaimed tenor saxophonist and clarinetist Ken Peplowski brings his formidable quartet to the Zinc jazz club on Saturday, September 22. He’s supported by pianist Larry Fuller, bassist Joel Forbes, and drummer Aaron Kimmel.

Acclaimed jazz guitarist Vic Juris brings his formidable trio to Zinc jazz club on Monday, September 24. He’s supported by organist Brian Charette and drummer Steve Johns.

Vic Juris is one of the most in-demand and versatile guitarists in jazz, best known for his contribution to Dave Liebman’s group over the last two decades.

Acclaimed vocalists Janis Siegel (The Manhattan Transfer) and Lauren Kinhan (New York Voices) curate a special jazz vocal-centric evening with a little help from their friends on Wednesday, October 10 at Zinc jazz club. Featured vocalist includes Sheila Jordan among others. They’re supported by pianist John DiMartino, bassist Boris Kozlov, and drummer Vince Cherico.

Acclaimed jazz trumpeter Alex Sipiagin brings his formidable quintet to the Zinc jazz club on Wednesday, October 24. He’s supported by tenor saxophonist Will Vinson, pianist John Escreet, bassist Willy Rodriguez and drummer Donald Edwards.
