Yes! Trio to Tour Europe in Support of New Album "Groove du Jour"

Bound by a friendship of twenty-five years, drummer Ali Jackson, pianist Aaron Goldberg and bassist Omer Avital—three contemporary masters of jazz with a tremendous wealth of experience and credits ranging from Wynton Marsalis to Joshua Redman and Kurt Rosenwinkel— have just released their second collaborative studio effort "Groove du Jour".
Vibrant and exhilarating, their recording magnifies the spirit of swing and celebrates the excitement of playing together. With Yes! Trio, jazz is far from having said its last word!

"This sensational meeting of players is a near-perfect mixture of ingredients, bristling with braggadocious energy." — Down Beat ★★★★

"Does jazz move forward by looking back? Yes, it does, if the Yes! Trio is hosting." — JazzTimes

"This trio is the clearest manifestation of a collective bond, and a shared vision of how modern jazz can feel." — Nate Chinen, WBGO

"That Yes! can also refer to the trio's rollicking embrace of swing, rhythmic drive and a sense, on many of the more groove-oriented tracks, of joy." — The New York City Jazz Record
