Traveling across four decades of Franco-American music, swing to the hot jazz rhythms of Django Reinhardt to the playful melodies of French chanson. Horne's ensemble pulls influences from traditional folk to Debussy, Ellington, and Porter, to the enchanting French Songbook, from Edith Piaf to Jacques Brel to Serge Gainsbourg. Horne has performed with many renowned jazz artists including Wynton Marsalis, Marcus Roberts, Michael Feinstein, and Rihanna. Horne has won many including awards the National Trumpet Competition and in the Aug, 2011 issue of JET Magazine, world-renowned trumpeter, Wynton Marsalis included Horne in a list of 16 young jazz musicians entitled, "Wynton's Picks: Who's Got Next." In the 2013-2014 season, Mr. Horne subbed for Wynton Marsalis in the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, and toured with the orchestra for the 2013 25th Anniversary Tour. Horne also performed on Broadway in the 17-piece orchestra for the show "After Midnight" featuring guest artists Fantasia Barrino, Dule Hill, K.D. Lang, Babyface, Toni Braxton and many more. Horne has performed as a member of the Count Basie Orchestra and premiered in the Tony-nominated Broadway show, "Shuffle Along" featuring Savion Glover, Audra McDonald and many more. Horne holds degrees from Florida State University (BM), and The Juilliard School (MM). About Camille Bertault: Since being discovered via the social network (with more than 800, 000 views and 30, 000 followers on Facebook) where she sings the solos of the great jazz masters (such as her video of "Giant Steps" which instantly went viral), people have not stopped talking about rising vocalist Camille Bertault. While pursuing her diploma in classical piano at the conservatory, Bertault was also studying voice and theater at the same time. After graduating, she enrolled in the jazz department where she continued her studies in music theory, composition and improvisation. Driven by a passion for writing and literary composition, Bertault wrote and published two musicals for the young audience before she began singing her own French lyrics and poetry on jazz standards and, finally, on her own compositions.
